Chapter 01 · Handbook

Why safety is its own handbook chapter

Safety in rummy is not a paragraph at the bottom of a deposit page. It is its own chapter because the wallet screen is the only surface that contains the discipline the responsible-play policy depends on. The desk treats the wallet screen as the real source of truth. if the deposit, the limits and the helpline are not in the same menu, the chapter's verdict is incomplete.

The chapter reads six checks in order. None of them is about the game. All of them are about the infrastructure around the game.

Chapter 02

Six checks before a wallet is open

01

Identity document accepted

Aadhaar, PAN, passport. at least two of the three. We refuse to register on a platform that names only one. PAN plus Aadhaar is the desk's preferred combination.

02

Address proof path is readable

The address proof step appears as a numbered row in the wallet screen, not inside a help article. The instructions specify an image format and a clarity threshold.

03

Withdrawal routes listed upfront

UPI, IMPS and bank transfer are visible in the wallet before any deposit is taken. If a route is added only after first deposit, the desk treats the platform as withholding.

04

Self-exclusion control lives inside the wallet

Deposit limits, session limits and time-out appear in the same menu as the deposit button. If the controls are in a separate 'responsible gaming' tab two levels deep, the platform treats responsible play as a marketing surface.

05

KYC turnaround has a published window

Twelve hours is a fair claim. Anything below six needs an in-platform reference. The desk cross-checks the platform's published window against two test submissions.

06

Helpline numbers sit above the deposit button

If the helpline link is one tap away from the deposit button, the platform treats responsible play as a first-class screen.

Chapter 03

What the desk does not publish

The desk does not publish invented KYC turnaround times, document lists, bank partners or response windows. Where the operator's own page is the only source, we point to it. Where the operator is silent, we label the criterion unverified.

Safety is one of three chapters the desk returns to. The other two are the strategy chapter and the responsible play policy. Together they describe the discipline the handbook expects from the reader.

Chapter 04

Disputes, blocks and the operator's verification path

A blocked KYC review is one of the most common reader questions. The desk routes the question to three checkpoints before recommending a withdrawal: (1) confirm the document uploaded is readable; (2) confirm the address proof does not exceed the file size limit; (3) confirm the platform's published turn-around window has elapsed. If all three are clean, the contact desk is the next route.

Chapter 05

Safety questions the desk receives most often

How long does KYC usually take?

The desk recorded between four and forty-eight hours across two platforms, with the median around twelve. Faster reviews depend on document type and submission clarity.

Observation. verified across two platforms, July-August 2026.

What if my KYC is blocked?

Walk the three checkpoints named above. If the review is still blocked, contact the customer care desk with the timestamp of the original submission.

Editorial practice.

Can I delete my account after KYC?

Yes. The desk reads the delete-account rights under the DPDP Act 2023 and routes the question to the delete account chapter for the verified path.

Editorial practice.

Is the platform obligated to publish helpline numbers?

Yes. The deposit button must sit beside a helpline link on the same screen; the desk flags platforms that bury the link.

Editorial rule. helpline visibility.

Run the six checks before the first rupee leaves the wallet.

The six checks are short, numbered and readable on a phone. Walk them once on the app before any deposit, then revisit after a withdrawal.
